Don't go on the URL only this one was available.Yesterday i was watching a game of chess,black-queen was about to checkmate white-king,  although king was having a horse beside him but it was powerless in this situation because it can't get into the line of black-queen so in short could not save the white-king.If we see these power barons literally then they are just small plastic-toys it is our perception that makes them so much powerful.In the same way we give power to others sometimes we make them so powerful that they start affecting our lives,whenever you face such a situation just try to change your perception about that person or events a little bit try to think of worst case scenario and if you think you can handle that worst case then change your perception totally in order to shift.

Perception-it comprise past,present and future why?
Answer:Perceptions get created by past deeds, suppose you are a software engineer then whatever you have worked on till now determines what you will be able to work on in future.If you are a listed company in BSE then your future value get determine by the last quarter results that is people will have a perception on the basis of you past performance and this perceptions will affect your future in a big way.

So "past" creates perception "present" is the actual time of creating them and perception ultimately affects the "future".
